We are always here to help you with your support enquires to TXT2Remind and any other Vensa product service - and will answer you promptly there and then.

Please note that for message status enquiries and delivery, check your email first as the support team will notify all users in case of message queuing. 

Our Support Hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. For after-hours support service, we will be available to log your calls and answer them the next day through our answer service. The answer service is also available on weekends. Extra charges for after hour service applies.

For Training & Upgrades

To access our online training web based video training videos and the latest software version releases, you need to login using the login panel on the right.

Ensure that you have your practice username and org_id (password) prior to logging in. If you don't know what these are then please email us.
