TXT2Remind GP Regional Rollouts for Whangauni, Hutt Valley and North Waikato

Mobile Health Provider Vensa Health will assist Whangauni, Hutt Valley and North Waikato Districts in rolling out TXT2Remind across the affiliated GP practices. These rollouts are setting out to improve health outcomes in these districts due to prevalence of high-needs patients and the need to improve Immunisation and screening (e.g. Cervical and Mammogram) rates.
Mobile Health Provider Vensa Health will assist Whangauni, Hutt Valley and North Waikato Districts in rolling out TXT2Remind across the affiliated GP practices. These rollouts are setting out to improve health outcomes in these districts due to prevalence of high-needs patients and the need to improve Immunisation and screening (e.g. Cervical and Mammogram) rates.
Whangauni Regional PHO and Te Oranganui Iwi Health Authority PHO combined will amount for 16 practices, the main target for this rollout will focus on improving immunisation rates for the district amongst the highest deprivation groups. The rollout is scheduled for February which will be done in partnership with both PHOs.
Valley PHO and Upper Hutt Health will offer to roll TXT2Remind across 20 practices, the main target for the rollout will be improve access to primary care services for high needs patients. The rollout is scheduled for February which will be done in partnership with both PHOs.
North Waikato PHO will roll TXT2Remind across 5 practices in rural area’s of North of Waikato, their focus will also be on improving access to all primary care services for high needs patients.
