1. What percentage of your practice patients are the Maori and pacific island demographic?
[Maureen Collins - PM]: 33% Maori, 42% Pacific Island.

[Maureen Collins - PM]: Probably reduced by at least 50% overall.
3. Responses you receive with text messaging higher than traditional communication?
[Maureen Collins - PM]: Yes, at least 6 times better response.

5. How the product was implemented and the ease of implementation and usage?
[Maureen Collins - PM]: This was done well.
6. Quotes from your self and feedback from patients
[Maureen Collins - PM]: Can’t imagine not having this technology. TXT is the modern means of communication for an increasing number of people. Particularly the youth. Many of our patients do not even have access to landlines.
7. Future view on opportunities to use SMS technology in health
